Archiving
For an archive strategy to be legally sound, it must ensure that the presentation of the archived data, when retrieved, is identical to the presentation before archiving. Such a strategy mandates that the data is archived in its native format. If the data is generated in AFP format to be printed/viewed/distributed, it needs to be archived in the same AFP format.
