The Research Team HOST (Historical Research into Urban Transformation Processes) of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, the IUAP “City and Society in the Low Countries, 12001850”, in collaboration with the Université Libre de Bruxelles and the ae-lab (Architectural Engineering-lab) of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel organise a workshop on Tuesday 18 March 2014. This workshop deals with “Building and Rebuilding the City” and discusses ongoing research in construction and urban history.
