THE PANS If you choose a pan with this logo, you will be certain that it is absolutely compatible with your induction hob under normal condition of use
The compatible induction pans must be made of a magnetic material : • Enamelled steel pans with or without non-stick coating • In cast iron with or without enamel coating • In ferrous stainless steel – laminated stainless steel
• In aluminium with special bottom
We advise to choose pans with a thick bottom and a minimum diameter of 12 cm (i.e. 5 inches) for even more cooking : the heat spreads more evenly CU2 - INDUCTION – 001UK -0305, Diapositive N°7

FITTING ABOVE A UNIT WITH A DOOR OR A DRAWER 1- In case of a small cross piece, there is no problem
2- In case of a rectangular cross piece or with a closed top, make a bevelled cut so that air comes out of the hob
3- In case of an intensive using with more than 1 cooking zone, we advise to make an opening on both sides of the unit

DIAGNOSTIC IX3, IX3WR, IX4000
2 A.S.S. keyboards IX3 with 6 wire cables IX3WR, IX4000 with 8 wire cables
Failure of the command Systematic using of the ASS keyboard Failure of the command even though ASS keyboard is used Is the filter card supplied ? (IX3 and IX3WR) Is the power card supplied ? Is the power relay (fitted on the filter card) commanded ? (IX3 and IX3WR) Is the power relay switched on ? (working of the fan) ? (IX3 and IX3WR)
CU2 - INDUCTION – 001UK -0305, Diapositive N°33
DIAGNOSTIC IX3, IX3WR, IX4000 Failure of the ventilation In case of « overheating error » message, is the installation correct ? Is the fan mechanically locked ? Is the fan supplied ? (12V= or 230V~ depending on the product)
In case of failure on just one of the inductor Check firstly the connection between the power card and the inductor. Is the repartition relay commanded (Clic-Clac) ? (IX3,IX4000) Is there a detecting pan problem on one of the cooking zones ? (IX3WR) Reminder : the level ‘inverter and detection’ is doubled on the IX3WR cards.
In case of detecting pan failure : Is the magnet test ok ? Is the pan included in ‘Class induction’ list Has the pan the minimum diameter required (generally 12cm) ?
