BHAVAN’S COLLEGE, ANDHERI Kulapati Dr. K. M. Munshiji founded Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan with the motto Amrutam Tu Vidya (Knowledge is nectar). It started as India’s freedom struggle to preserve and promote Bharatiya Vidya. Bhavan’s today boasts of 119 kendras spread all over India and 7 centers abroad. Bhavan’s was the first institution of higher education established by Kulapati Dr. K. M. Munshiji in 1946. The college is in the midst of a sprawling ever green campus that is located in the heart of the suburbs at Andheri and is the oldest institution offering higher studies. The College was ranked amongst the top 10 Colleges in India by India Today and has been awarded Communal Harmony Award 1999 by the government of India.

Ray Festival RAY - A Journey Through The Lens is the annual intercollegiate media festival organized by Bhavan’s College, Andheri. It provides a platform to the young upcoming film makers and other aspiring media professionals by organizing various competitions, workshops and seminars to nurture their talent. It is one of the very few fests all over India who pay tribute to the stars of the glorious Indian Cinema.

Main Partners/ Sponsors Total Cost: Rs.5,00,000/•10 Banner Space (6feetx3feet) at strategic locations across Bhavan's College campus •5 stalls (10feetx10feet) •Name and logo will appear above the RAY logo on the Brochure. •The Name and logo will appear on the t-shirts which will be distributed in the organizing committee of RAY. •The Name and logo will appear on the Certificates, Posters and Trophy above the RAY logo. •The logo will appear on our Social Media Platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram along with other posts and promotional activities. •The logo will be painted on the RAY wall which will feature on it for an entire year. •Sponsors will receive publicity and press coverage through print, broadcast and radio media (Subject to media tie-ups). •The event will be given the tag of “RAY Festival, 2014” (powered by XYZ / in association with XYZ)

Co - Sponsorship Total Cost: 3,00,000/•8 Banner Space (6 feet x 3 feet) at strategic locations across Bhavan’s College campus. •2 Stall(10 feet x 10 feet). •Sitting Arrangement for two. •One fan. •One plug point, two tables. •Lighting will be provided at the stalls. •4 Standees space (6 feet x 2 feet) •2 Standees near the main stage. •2 Standees to be put at the various locations of an event. • Name and Logo will appear on the Brochures, Certificates, and Posters of RAY. • Name and logo will appear on the facebook, twitter and instagram page of Ray Festival. • Sponsors will receive publicity and press coverage through print, broadcast and radio media (Subject to media tie-ups). • The event will be known as “XYZ presents RAY Festival 2014 ''Copowered ABC ” or “in Co-association with”

Supported by Total Cost: 2,00,000/•6 Banner Space (6 feet x 3 feet). •Sponsors will receive publicity and press coverage through print, broadcast and radio media. (Subject to media tie-ups). •Associate partners will be addressed on the basis of their field during all announcements made during the fest. •They will be given a partner’s tag on the basis of their field, for example, “Styling partner XYZ”, “Telecom partner ABC” Etc.

QUOTATIONS STALLS (Rs. 15,000/-)

• Stall space 10’ x 10’ stall will be provided. • Sitting Arrangement: seating arrangements will be made for two in the stall. • Amenities: One fan, one plug point, two tables, lightings etc. will be provided in each stall. BANNERS

• Banners of the following size will be provided during the festivals at the main venue and around the College campus: • 6 x 3 - Rs. 5,000/STANDEES (Rs. 3, 000/-)

• Standees space for standard size (6 feet x 2 feet) will be provided at the venue of the main event.

Food & Beverage Sponsorship •Sponsorship may be provided for the Foods and Beverages to be presented during the fest days. The Kind will be given to the Celebrities, Judges, Contingent Leaders (during the CL meet) and the Organizing Committee of RAY Festival. Sponsors will be provided with • 1 Stall (10 feet x 10 feet). •Sponsor's logo will be printed on the banner / backdrop of the event throughout the course of the 3 days. •Sponsor will be mentioned as “Food & Beverage Partner” at regular intervals by the host at event venues. • The requirements will be confirmed one week prior to the fest.

Print Partner •Sponsorship may be provided for Printing of Banners, Brochures, Posters and Certificates. The following will be provided to the sponsors : • 4 Banner Space (6 feet x 3 feet). •Sponsor's logo will be mentioned on the main banner / backdrop of the event throughout the fest days. •Sponsor will be provided with the tag of “Printing Partner” and publicized widely on social networking accounts of RAY.

Gift & Awards Sponsorship •Sponsorship may be provided for the awards to be presented at the Award Night of RAY Festival which will be held on the last day. •The Awards sponsor shall be acknowledged regularly during the course of the prize distribution. •2 Banner Space (6feet x 3 feet) at strategic locations across the Bhavan’s College Campus. •Sponsor's logo will be mentioned on the main banner / backdrop of the event throughout the course of the fest days. • Sponsor will be given the tag “Gift & Awards Partner” and publicized widely on social networking accounts of RAY.

Stationery Partner •All forms of stationery to be used by Participants as well as Organizers and Judges of the event, would use exclusively the stationery provided by the sponsor. •2 Banner Space (6 feet x 3 feet) at strategic locations across the Bhavan’s College campus on 3 days of the fest. •Sponsor’s logo will be mentioned on the main banner / backdrop of the event throughout the course of the fest days. •Sponsor will be given the tag of “Stationery Partner" , and publicized widely on social media accounts of RAY Festival.

Per-Event Sponsorship

Total Cost: 30,000/-(per event) •Sponsorship under this category includes sponsoring any ONE individual event at Ray 2014. For example: Sponsorship of Photography event or Sponsorship of Journalism event etc. • 2 Standees Space (6 feet x 2 feet) at the venue of the sponsored event at Bhavan’s College during the course of the sponsored event. •Sponsor's will be mentioned at regular intervals by the host at the venue during the course of the sponsored event. • Pamphlets/ Leaflets to be distributed at the event venue.

Barter Sponsorship Minimum Value: 20,000/• Barter Sponsorship includes sponsorship in kind, i.e, By way of goods / products / services / material etc. relevant to the events and need of RAY FESTIVAL 2014. •2 Banner Space (6 feet x 3 feet) at strategic locations across the Bhavan’s College Campus. •Sponsor’s logo will be mentioned on the main banner / backdrop of the event throughout the course of the fest. •Sponsors will be mentioned at regular intervals by the host at event venues.

DISCLAIMER •The Bhavan’s College and RAY, are strictly a non-profit, apolitical, non-commercial academic effort by the students of Bhavan’s College, Mumbai. •All collaterals are to be designed and printed by the sponsors themselves. •Announcements will be made during movie screenings, events and breaks. •All sponsorship payment shall be made prior to the event in the form of Cheque only drawn in favor of “ The Principal Bhavan's College” •A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) will be signed by the Sponsors and the College including the RAY Chairperson prior to the receipt of the Sponsorship cheque.
