 Check where the KL15 terminal or ACC signal before installation.  Make sure you have the right tools at hand to install the LEDFOG.

 The customer need find the KL15 or ACC signal to connect the control box.

Automotive grade material is used in control box. Higher reliability to endure the tough operating condition in the compartment during the whole lifetime. Electrolytic capacitor is used in Ph’s control box, which could cause overheat risk during lifetime, it’s not commonly used in automotive industry.

 It might take 10 min more to find the ACC signal, but it’s an onetime step to avoid any compatible risk.

FAQs 1. What are DRL (daytime running light) and what safety benefits do they provide?  DRL are forward light that are lit whenever a vehicle is running.  Many studies and reports indicate DRL reduce daytime crashes. They are especially effective in preventing daytime head-on and front-corner collisions by making it easier to see vehicles, particularly as they approach from far away.  All new cars in Europe must have DRLs equipped mandatorily as of Feb.2011.

2. Will DRL damage to the cars?  OSRAM DRL are fully comply with the worldwide vehicle regulations. ECE/SAE/CCC certificated.  It can be legally mounted and connected without car modification.  The control box protects your car thru over and under voltage protection, brings a safe and reliable upgrade for your cars.

3. Will DRL interfere or distract with other electrical appliances in car? Such as radio, GPS…etc.  OSRAM DRL are connected via the intelligent control box, which is strictly certified under ECE R10 vehicle regulation for EMI,EMC issues. Therefore, no problem for it.

4. How to install? Is there an installation guide?  A graphic user instruction is included in the pack for easy understanding. Additionally an installation video is available on the website to guide you step by step.

5. Where can I find the KL15 or Acc signal?  Mostly it can be found in fuse box inside engine compartment or cockpit.
