Acoustic Guitar Club Club Information: • It is a club that meets to enjoy guitar music. You don't have to even play, although we have players that range from beginners to advanced. Students share their talents. Asian Culture Club
Club Information: • For 20 minutes, students learn Chinese with some of the Chinese students in the school and for the other 20 minutes, each week, students explore a different Asian country through music, art, food, writing, and so on. • No Fees Contact Information: • Geoff Dean Location/Dates: • Meets once a week after school for 40 minutes in room E135

Business Professionals of America (BPA) Club Information: • Business Professionals of America is a club at FCHS that offers students the opportunity to show off their skills in business management, office administration, information technology and other related career fields. Students compete in events with other students around the state to advance from district to state and then move on to nationals. • There are no prior requirements for the club except for time commitment. • The fee to join the club is $20 which accounts for District, State, and National dues. Dance Marathon
Club Information: • Dance marathon is a fundraising committee and event to raise money and awareness for Riley Children's Hospital. In the three years since it began DM has raised over $50,000! The Digital Arts & Gaming Club Club Information: • For any student that loves gaming and might want to learn a little about graphic design. We host National Gaming Day every year in November, sponsoring tournament and bringing in local gaming vendors. Whether you want to just play (board games, card games, RPG's, video games) or learn some trick on Adobe Photoshop and Flash, come check out the "DA". Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) Club Information: • Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America is a student organization that helps young men and women expand their planning, goal setting, problem solving, decision making, and interpersonal communication skills. Any student who has taken a course in Family and Consumer Sciences or a related course may join FCCLA. • We participate in community service locally and nationally, and are active in state and district meetings. Students have the opportunity to attend the Indiana FCCLA State Leadership Conference in the spring and compete in events offered at that level. • Spring 2013 was super exciting!! Seven students attended the state conference this year and brought home seven gold medals, two silver medals, and one bronze medal! We also had a national qualifier in a STAR Event this year! We LOVE going to conference!!! • The $15 dues include national, state, and local dues. Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) Club Information: • Open to any student, not just athletes, who is interested in sharing their faith with other Christians. FFA Open
to any student interested. You DO NOT need an Agriculture/farm background. This
club is based on leadership and we have multiple community service opportunities. There
are opportunities to compete in events in countries like Scotland or England. Food
is always provided at meetings!

HONART (FCHS Art Club) Club Information: • Honart is our FCHS Art Club, committed to art oriented service. Students who have passed at least one high school art class or are currently enrolled in art at FCHS are eligible. • Dues are currently $4 per year. • The club has done various projects such as backdrops for dances, logo designs, banners, etc., but our current major project is a large mural in the commons area of our own building. Interact Service Club Club Information: • Interact Club, a service club of Rotary International. Location/Dates: • Meetings are held Wednesday mornings @ 8 am in the guidance office conference room.
International Club Club Information: • Open to Grades 9-12 • The purpose of International Club is to support foreign homestay students, both socially and financially. The club hosts parties and other social activities with the foreign students and raises funds to provide them with a full high school experience. • Dues are $5. Key Club Club Information: • Key Club International is the oldest and largest service program for high school students. It is a student-led organization which provides its members with opportunities to provide service, build character and develop leadership. Key Club assists Kiwanis, its sponsor, in carrying out its mission to serve the children of the world. High school student members of Key Club perform acts of service in their communities, such as cleaning up parks, collecting clothing and organizing food drives. • Annual dues are $20. The funds go directly to the Key Club organization for local and international dues. Knitting Club Club Information: • This club is for students interested in the wonderful craft of knitting. Students, both beginners and advanced, are welcome to join to assist one another in becoming a skilled knitter. Students must supply their own yarn and needles. Men’s Volleyball Club Information: • Founded in 2002 by freshman Ryan Waggoner, the FCHS men's volleyball team has had tremendous success and representation at both the STATE tournament and several selections to the All Star Junior and All Star Senior Showcases the past 11 years. Franklin has produced a number of college scholarship winners for men's volleyball, including our current assistant coach. Our players earn varsity letters from the athletic department if the mandatory minimum requirements are met. Ping Pong Club

Prom Committee Club Information: • Any current Junior student interested in planning and implementing the FCHS Junior/Senior prom. Consistent attendance is a preference. Student Council Club Information: • Student council is based on developing students into leaders and school representatives. Students have the opportunity to plan and execute service projects as well as school-spirit activities. Teen Link Club Information: • Meet with students from all the county schools who wish to find solutions to problems common to all of us.
