Once you’ve given the prospect literature etc., ensure you lock in a time to follow up. “I will contact you on _________ day.”

Step 2. Follow up as arranged in Step 1 re DVDs / literature etc.  Establish their level of interest by mainly asking questions.  “What did you like best about __________________?”  

Show the prospects how easy it is to get started:  Use your leader to do all the talking.  Once they “get it,” say: “Let me show you how easy it is to get started /order products.”  Assist your prospects with their first orders.  Phone / fax or order online their initial orders for them at wholesale price via you.

Contact your new customers / distributors to ensure they have received their products and are clear on how they can use them and reorder.
