Meeting Protocol When a Lions Dignitary attends a club / zone / district meeting: • Introduction • Agenda – the most senior visiting Lion always speaks last. (The only point after the Address is Tailtwisting) • Seating – the most senior visiting Lion sits on the Club President / ZC / DG’s right. • Send a copy of Agenda to visitors beforehand • Timekeeping
