Hawaiian Sovereignty Restored Congressman Blount sent to Hawaii to investigate in 1893 by order of President Cleveland.  Blount determines that strong injustice has been done to Hawaiian Kingdom.  Cleveland reinstates sovereignty to the Hawaiian Kingdom. 
