Building The Pipeline of 6th – 8th Graders Shift the Approach of BBYO Connect TODAY - Monthly programs - Only for 6th – 8th graders - Small audience - AZA and BBG awareness low

GOING FORWARD - Movement Initiatives and other WOW events - Special focus on 8th Graders - Large audience - Exposes them to AZA and BBG members

Examples: 1. Invite 6th – 8th graders to Hunger Games screening, focus on 8th grade recruitment and ensure mechanism to capture data for 72 hour follow up 2. Invite 8th graders and their parents to Global Shabbat programming and make sure at least two people from chapter meet each 8th grader 3. Ask parents to host an 8th grade info night with an activity for 8th graders led by AZA and BBG members
