UPDATE NO. 2 – MEMBERSHIP On January 21, 2014, Chairperson Teresita R. Manzala issued a Memorandum to the Registration Division of PRC Manila and Regional Offices regarding the requirements for renewal of license of Real Estate Professionals. Among the requirements for the renewal of license is the Certificate of Membership in Good Standing (CMIGS) from PhilRES.

Valencia, the National Directorate unanimously approved to entertain amendments in its existing By-Laws. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that PhilRES National Directorate agreed on the following: That the Interim Committee on Review of Laws andBy-Laws to prepare the proposed amendments; To present the proposed amendments to the Board and General Membership for approval.”
