4-H Enrollment | Deadline December 10th 4-H Enrollment forms will be available soon at the Extension Office and will be included in the November issue of High Desert Headlines. Completed enrollment forms and fee must be submitted by December 10th. The enrollment fee for the 2015 -2016 4-H Year will be $20 per member. Financial assistance is available. Please contact the Lake County Extension Office for more information.
