AoC Silent Auction Goods and services form – additional information Thank you for considering making a donation to the AoC Charitable Trust Silent Auction, December 2015. Before you complete your form, please read through the following questions to help clarify of your offer: Donating equipment – key questions:  What make/ issue is it?  Is it new or used?  Does it come in its original packaging?  Is it under warrantee?  Can you provide a link to it on a website?  Will you send it direct to the successful bidder or to AoC? Donating meals – key questions:  How many people is it for?  Where is it?  How many courses are on offer?  Does it include wine? If so, how much per person (e.g. 1 glass, half a bottle)  Are there any restrictions (e.g. Tuesdays only, term time only)  Will you be sending a voucher to the successful bidder?  Is there an expiry date that the meal has to be booked by? Donating salon/pamper packages/products – key questions:  How many people is it for?  Where is it?  Are you offering a voucher towards any treatment you have available or one specific treatment?  If donating products – what brand are they? What is the size of the bottles?  Are there any restrictions (e.g. term time only, evenings only)  Will you be sending a voucher to the successful bidder?  Is there an expiry date that the treatment has to be booked by? Donating vouchers for college courses – key questions:  Which courses are on offer? (e.g. Saturday, evening, all)  Are there any restrictions?  Do the vouchers need to be redeemed by a certain date? Donating student art work/ photography – key questions:  What is/did the student study?  Can you provide an image or a link to a website?  What are the dimensions of the piece?  What is the item made from (e.g. enamel, glass)/painted with (e.g. ink, oils)  If a picture, is it framed?
