The Bristol Civil Service Sports Club is pleased to announce the early summer trip for 2015. Departing from Bristol airport on Friday 12th June 2015 and flying to Menorca for 7 nights staying at The Hotel San Luis in S’Algar. This trip is on an all inclusive basis and includes meals and locally produced drinks. With an average June temperature of 27 degrees centigrade Menorca offers a great early summer break. The hotel has two pools and is only a short walk from the town centre and the beach. Accommodation is twin rooms with private facilities and air conditioning. Places are limited and are on offer to CSSC members at £440 per person based on two sharing. Non members prices are available on request. The members price is applicable to full CSSC members their spouses or partners and their dependant children . To apply for your place please complete the enclosed booking form and deliver it by hand together with a £200 pp deposit (cheques made payable to BCSSC), to the Civil Service Sports Club on Filton Avenue. As in the past we are expecting the trip to be over sub-scribed and so places will be allocated on a first come basis with a draw if it proves necessary in the event of too many applications being received at one time. The balance will be required 12 weeks before departure. Bookings open from 8.30.pm Sunday 26th October 2014 at the club. Applications not received on the above date should be handed to a member of bar staff. Incomplete booking forms or forms without a deposit will be returned which could mean that you will miss out on this trip.
