Standardization of Method for Financial Need Assessment
Development of Standardized Application Form Standardized Criteria for Data Evaluation
Increase the availability of Financial Aid at the participating universities. Before USAID funded scholarship the needs based scholarship were available at only two institutions, now more than 50 HE institutions offering the Financial Aid.

Establishment of Student Financial Aid Offices at participating institutions to strength the system of Financial Aid

Plan of Action “Initially focus 11 partner universities in 2011 and expand the program to all public sector universities during 2012-14”.
Technical Assistance & Support University Advancement office at HEC will provide technical assistance and support to all partner universities for their growth and self sustainability. It will bring together community, government, non-government, industries and business organizations and alumni to join hands for the development of higher education.
