Technology • Automated Vehicle Identification System: – Use of handhelds • Improved dispatching capabilities – Ability to see activity at all curbs

• Develop integration of handhelds to permit system: – Enforcement staff to check permits and IDs – Remotely document quarterly inspections

• Signage – Use of Dynamic signage at curb – Use of interactive directives to promote GT & enhance wayfinding

Sustainability • Alternative Fuel Requirements • Using OBD-II device to monitor flex fuel vehicles

• Maintain requirements for ADA accessible vehicles in fleet

Cost Efficiency • Move towards cost recovery for Ground Transportation Program – Trip fees for all categories • Currently contracted companies only

Cost Efficiency • PHX Sky Train: Stage 1A – Completed in early 2015 – Phase out of Inter-Terminal busing

• PHX Sky Train: Stage 2 – 2020’s anticipated completion – Phase out Rental Car Center busing

Cost Efficiency • West Ground Transportation Center – Right Time, Right Place • Consolidate other needs in location – Parking, PHX Sky Train, Consolidated Office Bldg.

• Consider appropriate timing from financial standpoint • Include needed amenities

• Terminal 3 Remodel – Closing of Terminal 2 • Consolidate other needs in location • Expanded curb for GT services
