What is reasonable doubt? What is the logic to rule a person guilty beyond reason doubt? • beyond reasonable doubt: It is the standard of proof required in most criminal cases.

• It is the doubt that could arise in the mind of an ordinary, impartial, honest, reasonable and cautious person with reference to the guilt of an accused. • Innocent until proven guilty.
