Outcomes

• Increased confidence and knowledge amongst staff. • Improved level of assistance offered to library users. • Increased use of digital library services, inc. eBooks, eAudio and online resources. • Increased and consistent use of social media to promote all library services.

Future Plans • Share model with other authorities. • Develop Moodle into staff wiki. • Incorporate competencies into performance reviews and future recruitment. • Roll out taster sessions for visually impaired.
