All clubs must be authorized and registered with the conference and comply with insurance requirements.

All members must be in service to Adventurers and/or Pathfinders, or any approved Adventist Youth Ministry.

Master Guides in training should be under the sponsorship of a Master Guide Club/Ministry. Clubs will provide assistance to the Adventurer, Pathfinders or Youth Ministries of the local church and/or conference in leadership training, discipleship and outreach endeavors.

1. The Drill Master is responsible for teaching the Marching and Ceremony commands to their club members.

The Master Guides has two set of uniforms, Class A and Class B. The "Class A" uniform is the Master Guide dress uniform.
