Life insurance provider for small businesses/independents Pilot the program in to increase the internal efficiency – to cope with the volume growth and reduce the support from other departments (life insurance to individuals, experts)

How I came to be on the project

The Engagement Manager from Brussels called me and asked me to join the project because he heard about my skills and knowledge (I had done 1 similar project before). After a few calls with staffing, checking my other options, I was confirmed on the study.

members, coaching management, and creating a fun team atmosphere Furthermore, I learned in detail about life insurances (the different types) and how they are sold (agents and back-office)
