CRAFT FAIR AND FLEA MARKET S A T U R D A Y , S E P T E M B E R 2 0 TH, 2 0 1 4 Your participation has helped raise funds in support of the Navy Supply Corps Foundation, Philadelphia Chapter. We are most grateful for your past and future participation and support.

The Navy Supply Corps Foundation, Philadelphia Chapter, and NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (formerly known as Naval Inventory Control Point) is sponsoring our semi-annual Craft Show/Flea Market on: Saturday, September 20th, 2014 from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM At: 700 Robbins St, Philadelphia, PA 19111 Previous Vendors: Returning vendors from the Spring event in 2014 who register early (before August 8th) will be assigned the same space(s) previously occupied to the maximum extent possible (unless you request a different location). To reserve your previous spot, please complete the enclosed form and return it as soon as possible, postmarked no later than August 8th , 2014. After Aug 8th all open spots are up for grabs. New Vendors, or previous vendors who did not participate in the Spring 2014 event, don’t delay your reservations. Spaces will be assigned on a first received, first considered basis beginning on Aug 9th. Deadline for Reservations: “Advance” reservations will not be accepted after September 12th , 2014 Those desiring to participate after September 12th will have to pay at the gate and pay the gate price below. Payment and Cost: Vendors are encouraged to register and pay as early as possible. We cannot guarantee additional space availability as the date gets closer. Preregistration and payments can be made by mail (check) or by PayPal. - Payments received prior to September 12th: $20 for the first space, and $10 for each additional space. - Payments received after September 12th or Gate Payments: $25 for the first space, $15 for each additional space. If you pay at the gate (the morning of the event) space assignment will be subject to availability.  Make checks payable to “PASCA” and include your telephone number.  Mail checks and registration form to NAVSUP WSS, LCDR Jason Ross, BLDG 1, RM 3100, 700 Robbins St., Philadelphia, PA 19111  For PayPal payments, send email, not payment, to [email protected] and payment instructions will be provided. Access to Spaces: Vendors will be admitted to the parking lot to set up from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM. For safety reasons, no cars will be permitted in the vending area after 8:00 AM.  Sorry, vendors will not be permitted to sell food or beverages.  Remember, the spaces are a “car–width” parking space (Approximately 18 feet by 9 feet).  Confirmations of your space number can only be provided via email or by including a stamped, self-addressed envelope in your registration package – please provide email address with registration.  A recorded message will be available at 267-736-7643, after 6:00 PM on Friday evening September 19th announcing any weather postponement. If there is not an announcement, the event is not cancelled.  Vendors who have pre-paid please enter the gate located at the intersection of Oxford Avenue and Martins Mill Rd. All other vehicles should enter the lot from Tabor Avenue.  Once spaces are reserved, no refunds will be issued.
