Standards – Plenty of Standards Where HTML had set standards, not everyone
followed the standards. Microsoft’s browser chose to do what most
developers wanted – at the expense of following the standard. While many things were improved, sites which
depended on nuances didn’t. Sites appeared differently based on browser.
