E-Rate K12 Network Update • New contract awarded to AT&T • Contract to supply 15Mbps per school • Contract term is 1 year with 1 year option (if needed) • Planned move to PeachNet® July 1, 2015

AT&T Upgrade from 3Mbps to 15Mbps • Circuits: DS3, New Ethernet and Existing Ethernet upgrades • Survey must be completed http://apps.gadoe.org/districts/iucontacts.nsf • Information used to place orders and install • Communications will be directed by groupings for specific circuit activities outside of direct communications Dr. John D. AT&T Upgrade LCON: What to expect • Site visit(s): Must be scheduled ASAP, Site Ready - a list of items to be completed in order to be “Site Ready” will be provided by the Engineer. • Router: New Routers or Reconfiguration will depend on our current circuit and bandwidth. AT&T Upgrade LCON: What to expect • Access Circuit Delivery: You must be available for engineer access to facilities. Please mark your new circuit. • Test and Turn-up: You will schedule when you are available to assist with testing. Circuit outages will vary from 15min to 1hr.
