Module 1: How do I login to the Taskstream Assessment System? Step 1: To login into the Taskstream Assessment System, please point your browser to this URL

Step 2: Click the HERE button on this page. You will be directed to the login page where you will enter your normal UW-L login information ( e.g. [email protected] and password).

You will then be taken to the Taskstream Assessment System.

Special Note 1: During your first visit you will be asked to accept the standard End User License Agreement (EULA) which can be seen here. Please click I Accept Agreement to proceed.

Special Note 2: On your first Login you may also be asked to confirm your email, provide a phone number, and provide a password. Please make use of your UW-L email, office phone, and normal UWL password. This may be used if you seek support outside of normal ITS Helpdesk hours from the Taskstream Support Team or possibly use www.taskstream.com to login directly. We advise using the UWL page (www.uwlax.edu/Taskstream) as your regular entry point .

Step 3: Your opening screen will take you to the LAT (ie electronic portfolio) side of Taskstream. There is a quick way to get into the space for general education/program assessment. The words “Go to AMS” appear at the top of your screen. Clicking there will be the final step to get to your General Education Assessment workspace.

Special Note 3: On your first entry to the AMS (Accountability Management System) area, you may be asked to identify a specific role in the AMS. Please select AMS faculty.

Step 4: You are now in area of Taskstream to access your General Education course(s) which should be listed in the main body of the page. Clicking on the words “General Education Program Assessment Workspace” underneath a course title will lead you to the area to enter information.
