Lauderdale/Miami area at the end of January. Registration is available on the website, and a communication was sent to purchasing and finance and accounting liaisons. • We are in the process of updating the Buyer and system administrator manuals and drafting a comprehensive Sourcing manual.

MyFloridaMarketPlace CR 155: Commodity Code Restructuring • We have finalized the UNSPSC code set and the mapping from FLID (current custom codes) to UNSPSC, and they are posted on the MFMP website. • We will be communicating with agency system administrators this week to schedule a system administrator focus group in February to begin reviewing the changes to agency workflows.

6

MyFloridaMarketPlace eInvoicing Initiative • Over the next calendar year, the MFMP team will be working with Ariba to increase the number of vendors electronically invoicing through MFMP. • We have identified a group of roughly 800 vendors, divided into three waves, that we will work to enable. • These vendors include both commodity and services vendors.

MyFloridaMarketPlace MarketView Sunset • On December 16, DFS went live with PO information in FACTS. • Later that week, the PO search and reports functionality was disabled in MarketView. • We continue to work towards disabling the commodity code search and the vendor search at the end of the fiscal year. The new UNSPSC codes will be available on the UNSPSC website. Vendor search will be available through VIP. • Customers can search VIP using the username and password “publicuser”. If access is needed to see the vendor’s FEIN, the agency system administrator will need to request the access from the MFMP Customer Service Desk.
