We’re not saying only practice Yoga and weight training ought to be banned. Our sedentary lifestyles haven’t left much room for us to conduct taxing physical activities so a light weight training session 4 days a week can do you good. Having said that, pumping iron in itself isn’t nearly enough if fitness to you means more than a swole look.
